国内销售经理 Domestic Sales Manager

任职要求：

Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，电力电子或市场营销等相关专业。

College degree or above, majored in power electronics or marketing or relevant experience.

2、3年以上市场营销管理经验，至少1年以上光伏产品营销经验，具有相关的销售渠道。

More than 3 years experience in marketing and sales and At least 1 years marketing experience in PV products with relevant sales channel.

3、精通谈判技巧，能够独立开拓市场；

   Good skills in negotiation, develop the market independently

4、熟练使用各类办公软件，能够拟草合同文本；

   Proficient in MS office, draw up the contract

5 、具有良好的团队建设和管理能力，较强的组织、沟通、协调能力。

   Good team construction and management ability, strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.

主要工作：

Job Responsibility:

1、协助上级建立本地区产品销售渠道，对市场需求进行分析、销售预测，制定销售计划和指导；

   Assist the manager to build the local sales channel, analyse the marketing demand, sales volume prediction and work out the sales plan and guidance.

2、负责客户关系的开拓、维护和管理；

   Explore, maintain and manage the customer relationship.

3、负责或协助销售合同的商务谈判；

   Take charge of as well as assist the business negotiation of sales contract.

4、根据销售项目具体要求，积极协调售前、售中及售后的相关问题；

   Coordinate the relevant issues during before-sale, in-sale, after-sale service according to the detailed requirement from sales project.
